The Space:
BEDROOMS
- There are 7 spacious bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor.
- All rooms offer a variety of amenities such as an AC, separate seating area, ensuite bathrooms and stunning views of the gardens.
- 4 rooms offer 2 queen-sized beds whilst the remaining 3 rooms have 1 queen-sized bed each.
- All rooms on the first floor open up to an attached balcony overlooking splendid landscapes of the surroundings.
BATHROOMS
- There are 7 ensuite bathrooms, 4 common bathrooms and 2 poolside showers.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- All ensuite bathrooms offer a separate dressing area.
COMMON AREAS
- Enter through the main gate, and bid adieu to the outside world. The entire estate is engulfed in dense, towering trees on either side, and the pathway leads you to the entrance of the villa itself.
- Welcome sprawling indoor spaces, that feature snuggly nooks, poofs and loads of art pieces.
- There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of the villa. It offers comfortable seating for up to 25 people.
- The well-ventilated living room offers large windows and ample coolers. However, it is not equipped with an AC.
- It opens up to a spacious terrace offering scenic views of the lush greenery and features a quaint gazebo.
- The dining area is a part of the living room and is equipped with seating for up to 10 people.
- On the other side, the living room opens up to the patio, complete with seating arrangements and embellished with trinkets and art.
- The patio opens up to the manicured, dense green 60,000 sq. ft. lawn, adorned with cashew, chikoo and coconut trees.
- A few metres away from the main villa is the massive swimming pool, 60x80 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
- Opposite the pool is the pool-facing lounge equipped with an AC and seating arrangements, serving as the perfect respite after spending time outdoors.
- Next to the pool, is an enclosed cold-water jacuzzi, ideal for a de-stressing soak.
- There are spiral staircases on either side of the house, leading up to the first floor and the basement.
- The basement of the villa houses a games room that is equipped with a host of indoor games, including a snooker table, a karaoke setup and more.
- For fitness enthusiasts, there is an in-house gymnasium and steam room that guests have access to.
- Next to the gaming area, is a huge conference room, replete with a long table, a TV, and ample seating arrangements, to help you work and relax at the same time.
- The common lounge area on the first floor offers ample indoor games, along with a stocked bookshelf with a curated collection of books. It is cosily furnished with snug seating and a day bed.
- The lounge opens up to the terrace on either side, overlooking the serene surroundings.
KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.
FOOD
- All vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Guests are requested to place their orders 72 hours before the check-in date. Last-minute orders are not allowed.
- Food will be served in the dining area. It may be served elsewhere, on request, subject to approval from the caretaker and property manager.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen, glasshouse, sauna room and badminton court. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 8 staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day. The staff will be accommodated in the outhouse.
ACTIVITIES
Nestled away somewhere in Shahpur, away from the prying eyes of the bustling city life, Goil Farms promises to be your sanctuary for a few days. Within the property, guests start their day with a brisk morning walk in the verdure garden and savour the refreshing morning breeze. The company of chirping birds promise to never leave you and act as the perfect background score throughout your stay. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games such as cards, carrom, table tennis, snooker and more. Snuggle with a book to read peacefully in the many cosy nooks scattered throughout the home. Enjoy a soothing splash in the private swimming pool and retire in the poolside lounge. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the cold-water jacuzzi. Put your singing skills to use and make the most of the karaoke setup. Head over to the terrace cherish the serene landscapes.
ADD-ON SERVICES
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 4000 per session.
- Jacuzzi can be accessed at no additional cost. Please note that this is a cold water jacuzzi.
- Pets can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per pet.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen, glasshouse, steam room, badminton court and sauna room.
- All-male groups are not allowed at this property.
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- There are a few friendly dogs residing at the property.
- This is not a wheelchair friendly property.
- The living room is not equipped with an AC.
- There are several CCTV cameras that capture the living room, terrace and entrance for security purposes.
- Kindly shut the windows and doors during the evenings, given the presence of insects around.
- Pets are allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- An internet dongle is available. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here.
- Guests are requested to adhere to the check-in & check out timings. A fee of Rs. 10,000 per hour will be charged for late check out without intimation and approval from the booking agent.
- Guests are requested to treat the caretakers with utmost respect & dignity.
- There is no room service at the property and food will be served in the dining area only.
- A refundable security deposit of Rs 10,000 is to be paid at the villa, at the time of check-in. Guests are requested to be careful as any damages caused during the stay will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Help conserve energy. Please switch off lights, air-conditioners, other electrical equipments & appliances when not in use.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. However, the property does not store or serve alcohol. In case of events and functions, all necessary permissions & permits are strictly to be arranged by the guests.
PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 7 pets, at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per pet. A kennel for 7 pets is available on the premises of the property.
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- Pets are allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Please clean up after your pets.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
- A refundable deposit will be collected before the check-in date if a pet is accompanying the guests.
HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are allowed to consume alcohol. However, please ensure that you and your group stay absolutely safe without indulging in drunken misbehaviour of any kind.
- In above cases the house manager may ask the guests to leave immediately and no refund will be provided.
- Each piece of furniture and artefacts are personal and beloved possessions of the homeowner. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
